The band saw machine ZVL 120x2 is intended for cutting the round timber in planks and beams of any size. No previous sorting of the round timber by diameter is needed.
      The band saw machine shall be equipped with the round timber storage deck, a separator of round timber and a distribution conveyor for directing the sawn material for further processing.
      The band saw machine has the round timber centring mechanism for hydraulic gripping of the round timber, as well as a computer for quick setting of sizing and adjusting of sawing speed. To increase the output and durability of the saw bands, sawing of debarked timber is preferable. The sawing process is controlled by one operator from the operator's cabin.
      The average production capacity, when sawing planks and beams of various thicknesses is 110-120 m3 of round timber per a working shift, if it is 7 hours continuously working 50 min. per hour.
